Shipping policy

 

Lunio by Sofie ships worldwide, with the following flat rate amounts for various regions. Australia (regular post) $13, New Zealand $20, Rest of the World $40. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are added onto the item cost at checkout.

Local pick up is available for the Northern Rivers. Select the Local Pick Up option at checkout and we will be in touch via email. 

Express Delivery – Please contact lunioceramics@gmail.com if you require your items sooner than the shipping estimates we have quoted. At this time we cannot offer a flat shipping rate on orders for express post. Your order will be charged according to the total weight and dimensions. Express delivery is only available within Australia and orders are sent via Express Post. Our studio is located in Northern Rivers, New South Wales, which is not within the guaranteed next day delivery postcode. So please allow for up to 3-4 business days to receive your goods. Check that your delivery postcode is within the Australia Post Express delivery network. 

We carefully pack products using biodegradable or recycled materials. We endeavour to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your order. All orders within Australia are tracked. Free shipping is offered for all orders over $200 use the code 'FREESHIP". Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from shipment date to arrival.
