Made from a buff Australian stoneware clay with shell markings inside.
This piece was fired in an Anagama wood kiln for 100 hours. Wood is fed into the kiln every ten minutes to keep the temperature inside climbing. The ash from the burning wood then flies through the kiln landing on pieces to create beautiful and unique colours. This makes each piece individual and irreplaceable.
Wheel thrown in my Northern Rivers studio, perfect for a whisking Matcha. Fired in the Arcadia Cooroy Anagama.
Microwave and Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Approx. 7.5cm H x 10cm W.
